Graduate Development Programme
Our Purpose: POWERING ECONOMIES | IMPROVING LIVES | ALWAYS
We at BankservAfrica are proud of our purpose and this extends to our graduate development programme. BankservAfrica believes and invests in the development of our Youth through a structured Graduate Development Programme.
The programme provides graduates with a further 1-year qualification in the fields of Business Analysis or System Development, on-the-job training, exposure and experience in the business we are in, and coaching and mentoring support.
Interested graduates should have an interest in growing within the payments industry, be passionate, eager to learn and grow and display the values of being forward thinking, collaborative, customer focused and dependable.
