Restless...

Our customers are RESTLESS, they are continually seeking improvements in the services we offer. Our people rise to the challenge to ensure they get what they need.

Reliable...

RELIABILITY builds great relationships with customers who know they can put their trust in our services, ensuring their offering is reliable and their future secure.

This principle is why our people strive to be REAL, RESTLESS and RELIABLE in everything we do.
They keep it REAL – straight up about our reputation and how their performance impacts on it. RESTLESS in every action we undertake, applying ingenuity to everyday problems, finding ways of doing it better.
Being there for each other, for our customers and for themselves – RELIABILITY personified.

Flexible Workplace Policy

We have established a hybrid working arrangement which a number of our people find favourable. This arrangement is better known as the BankservAfrica flexible workplace policy. The refinement of this policy over time is inevitable as it is aligned to the policies and principles of where our business finds itself at any point in time.

The policy is built around two key eligibility factors:
1. The nature of the employees work and how reliant their work is on being able to perform their function away from the office, and
2. The ability of the employee to meet the minimum requirements for a remote or home-based office.

There are employees who are required to be physically present at work (on site) and they will have the least flexibility. These employees may take part in rotational schedules where possible, but their presence is required on site to fulfil their duties.

The list below provides some examples of such teams:
1. Security & Facilities
2. Canteen
3. Cleaning
4. Switchboard/Reception

There are employees who will have limited flexibility, as their work requires a specific attendance on site.

Examples of such departments are:
1. Operations Service Centre
2. Service Desk
3. End User Support

All other employees will have the opportunity for the most flexibility and may enter into a flexible working arrangement with their team, as agreed with the respective managers.
