To help you stay fit, eat well, sleep better, and maintain your energy, we provide various onsite facilities and programs, including a monthly onsite nurse, reflexology treatments, webinars, wellness days, and health screenings.

Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellbeing means enjoying life and handling challenges. We offer personalized mental wellbeing training programs to help manage reactions to stress and adversity.

Through our partnership with Kaelo, employees and their families can access the Ask Nelson program for counselling and guidance on personal and work-related stress, addictions, health issues, and coping with crime and violence.
